Not Off To A Good Start

I’m not off to a very good start. I drove about 300 miles this morning and crashed. Mara had to get up and drive. While some of it is just getting back in the groove, most of it is the Ambien, I think. I sleep well when I take it, but I just can’t get going afterwards. So with all due respect to Dr. Anderson, I think I’m done with the Ambien. I’m trying to get back on an Atkins diet. We let it all hang out through Christmas, but I won’t have an excuse to do that again until at least September. We’ll see.
